Who we are

Modeleon is a financial model engineering platform. This website (modeleon.ai) is operated by Modeleon. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Modeleon.

What we collect

We collect only what you explicitly provide:

• Email address - when you join the waitlist via the signup form.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How we use your email

• To send you a confirmation when you sign up.
• To notify you about Modeleon product updates and launch announcements.

We will not send marketing emails unrelated to Modeleon.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this website:

• Resend - to deliver emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery. See Resend's privacy policy.
• PostHog - to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, referral source). PostHog is loaded only after you accept the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics data is captured at all. When enabled, PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser's localStorage so we can recognise return visits without identifying you. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

On first visit you'll see a consent banner with two options:

• Accept — PostHog activates and stores an anonymous identifier in your browser (localStorage + a small first-party cookie). This lets us see funnels and return visits, not who you are.
• Decline — PostHog stays disabled. No analytics data is sent. Only your consent decision is stored locally so we don't ask again.

We don't use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site cookies. To revoke a previous Accept, clear your browser's localStorage for this site (we'll add a one-click "manage cookies" control once it's actually useful).

Data storage

Your email is stored in a database hosted on infrastructure we control. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Unsubscribe - click the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Delete your data - click the "Delete my data" link in any email, or contact us at admin@modeleon.ai.

We will process deletion requests within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
